The Big Yushan Land Formation Project is located in the northwest of the Zhoushan Islands, near the waters of Small Yushan Island on the west side of Daishan Island. The construction content includes embankments, land backfilling, and foundation treatment, mainly including the construction of the unnamed Bat Reef seawall, connecting the unnamed island with Big Yushan Island. Big Yushan Island has a deep water coastline of 1,700 meters, and the eastern coastal area has been reclaimed with a new deep water coastline of 5,000 meters, all of which adopt the structure of a riprap slope embankment. The foundation treatment uses the explosive compaction method to replace soft soil; The two land forming areas are the sand blowing area east of the cofferdam, with an area of approximately 132,500 square meters. The backfill material is filled with sand blowing and backfilled with excavated stones, and the foundation treatment is pre loaded with plastic drainage boards; The mud blowing area west of the cofferdam and east of the temporary construction road covers an area of approximately 588,800 square meters. The backfill material is filled with mud blowing, and the foundation treatment is carried out in shallow and deep layers. The total investment is 2.047 billion yuan.

Prefabricated and installed over 100,000 concrete accropode blocks of various specifications, such as 5T, 8T, 10T, 12T, and 15T, with a total volume of about 300,000 cubic meters. The concrete grade is C30, and the installation is arranged in a regular manner at fixed points above water, while underwater fixed points are randomly placed. The total construction period lasts for 3 years.
